General Liability Associate | Manhattan, NY | Hybrid | $230K

Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 2–8 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. This is not a clerkship or first-year seat.

Key Duties:

• Defend general liability and premises matters in New York state and federal court
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial

Requirements:

• JD and active New York bar
• 2–8 years of post-bar general liability or insurance defense experience
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent — law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
• Deposition and motion-practice experience
