I am working with a highly regarded, mid-sized Insurance & Reinsurance firm looking to add an Associate Attorney to its established Manhattan coverage practice.

💼 Role – Insurance Coverage Attorney

• Handle complex first-party, third-party and reinsurance coverage disputes
• Work across commercial property, business interruption, builder’s risk, catastrophic loss and liability coverage
• Advise on policy interpretation and coverage strategy while handling declaratory judgment litigation and arbitrations
• Exposure to significant matters involving multimillion and multi-billion-dollar insurance claims

💰 Package & Benefits

• Up to $220K Base + Up to $50K Performance Bonus
• 1,800 billable target

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years of Insurance Coverage experience
• New York Bar admission
• First-party and/or third-party coverage experience
• Strong policy analysis, writing and litigation skills
• Reinsurance, CAT loss, builder’s risk or business interruption experience particularly attractive
