Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and exceptional customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and overseeing daily operations.
- Build and maintain a client book through regular outreach and follow-up.
- Assist with opening and closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Support and coach the sales team.
- Help coordinate store events, appointments, and new collection launches.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as the role develops.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
- Management, keyholder, or team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience building and maintaining a client book; established clientele is a plus.
- Strong styling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Three professional references required.
