Commercial HVAC Team Lead
Baltimore/Washington, D.C. Area | Full-Time | On-Site
Our client, a growing full-service commercial mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Team Lead to oversee HVAC installations, service operations, and field technicians throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
This is a hands-on leadership position, not a sales role. They're looking for a licensed HVAC professional with extensive commercial experience who can troubleshoot complex systems, perform installations and repairs, and lead technicians while maintaining high-quality standards in the field.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of HVAC trade experience
- Strong commercial HVAC background
- Active HVAC license
- Previous team lead or field leadership experience
- Hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
- Experience working with VRF/VRV systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Boiler and chiller experience is a plus
Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area and comfortable traveling throughout the surrounding territory.
