We are seeking an Account Executive focused on the automotive industry to build and manage relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and key decision-makers throughout the Chicago, IL market. This is a highly field-focused, relationship-driven sales role with significant autonomy.
Day-to-Day
- Prospect and build relationships with automotive dealerships through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and lead lists.
- Spend 40%+ of the week in the field meeting with dealership decision-makers.
- Sell customized solutions across radio, digital, streaming, social, events, and sponsorships.
- Develop proposals, manage your Salesforce pipeline, and communicate campaign results.
- Build and grow a book of business within your market.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with dealerships, dealer groups, automotive vendors/agencies, or OEMs.
- Confident engaging directly with dealership owners and GMs.
- Strategic, consultative sales approach with strong business and digital acumen.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Existing automotive relationships are a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1: Guaranteed base income + uncapped commission.
- Ability to exceed the guarantee through uncapped commission.
- Top performers have earned $400K+.
