What you'll do
- Take front-line deal involvement in M&A and private equity transactions
- Work with recognized private equity and venture capital firms, as well as local and national companies and lenders
- Learn within a team known for strong mentoring

Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Corporate M&A or private equity work
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Significant mergers and acquisitions transaction experience
- Strong work ethic
- Comparable law firm experience
Position details
- Location: Tampa, Florida. In-person or hybrid is preferred, but the firm is open to a remote model for the right candidate
- Full-time
- Equity partner opportunity, plus excellent compensation and benefits
- Salary of $175,000 – $300,000+ with bonuses
