⚖️ Litigation Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Tampa, FL | 100% In-Office | Full-Time
A small, close-knit personal injury law firm in Tampa is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small-office environment and wants to play an important role in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from litigation through trial.
A Modern, Technology-Forward Office
The firm has recently implemented AI-powered tools, including Claude and Westlaw CoCounsel AI, with established workflows and templates already built and formatted.
The goal is to make the litigation process more efficient. For example, discovery responses can be prepared using the firm's established AI workflow, with the paralegal contacting clients to fill in any missing information, preparing the draft for attorney review, and then handling filing and uploading once approved.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably with plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong understanding of litigation and discovery processes
- Experience with medical records and deposition scheduling
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the attorney
- Comfortable using technology and willing to embrace AI-assisted legal workflows
