At Jade Fiducial, we help French entrepreneurs, expatriates, investors, and international businesses navigate U.S. tax, accounting, and cross-border matters.

As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team and play a key role in servicing a sophisticated international client base while contributing to the development of junior professionals.

While this position is primarily intended for our Miami office, qualified candidates may also be considered for opportunities in other Jade Fiducial locations across the East Coast, West Coast and Canada depending on business needs and candidate profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of individual and business tax clients.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns.
• Research and resolve complex tax matters.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients and serve as their advisor.
• Review and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with Managers on technical and client matters.
• Contribute to process improvements and team development.
• Build the leadership skills necessary for progression into management.

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in professionals with one of the following backgrounds:

French Public Accounting Profile

• DCG, DSCG, Master CCA and/or DEC.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience managing client relationships independently.
• Strong tax, accounting, and advisory skills.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
• Interest in international taxation and cross-border matters.

U.S. Tax Professional Profile

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA.
• 5+ years of U.S. tax experience.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience serving closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Exposure to international or cross-border taxation is highly valued.
