Asset Management Analyst - Debt

We’re working with a leading US private real estate lender on an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Analyst to join their growing team in Miami.
The successful candidate will support the management of existing portfolio investments, working closely with borrowers, consultants, legal counsel and internal teams to monitor performance, mitigate risk and maximise asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor borrower business plans, financial performance and technical covenants
- Liaise with borrowers, vendors and other key stakeholders
- Review legal documentation and assist with the preparation of legal notices
- Analyse property financials, loan performance and construction progress
- Coordinate with servicing teams to ensure payments are made on time
- Support external counsel on loan documentation and covenant enforcement
- Prepare investment reports, portfolio updates and financial analysis
- Liaise with consultants and assist with asset and site inspections
Key Requirements
- 1-2+ years’ experience in real estate, ideally within asset management, lending or investments across debt or equity
- Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Finance, Engineering or Real Estate
