Treasury Accountant

We are partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization to identify a Treasury Accountant to join its collaborative finance team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership and contribute to a variety of financial analysis, accounting, treasury, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management, cash flow forecasting, and banking activities.
• Assist with payment coordination, account monitoring, and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and support general ledger and month-end close activities.
• Contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and working capital monitoring.
• Assist with tax filings, insurance administration, and financial compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls and audit requests.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies and understand underlying financial activity.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
