NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Location: Hendersonville, NC (100% Onsite)

Salary: $50,000–$65,000

Employment Type: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts Payable – Primary Focus

• Process, code, and enter invoices accurately and on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments, including checks and ACH transactions.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure bills are paid on time.
• Review expense reports and company credit card statements.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.

Accounting & Office Support

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with general accounting tasks, projects, and daily operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous accounting or accounts payable experience, or an accounting background.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with invoices, financial records, and numbers.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to take initiative.

IMPORTANT: ONSITE POSITION – NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE

This is a 100% onsite, Monday–Friday position in Hendersonville, NC, just outside of Asheville.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Hendersonville area. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
