What is this Opportunity?
KRG Advisors is designing the agency of the future, and we want your help.
We're looking for a sharp, curious Junior Associate at the start of their career to join a small, senior-led team and help build the firm as much as work inside it.
About KRG Advisors
KRG Advisors is a boutique strategy and communications advisory firm founded and led by senior practitioners who counsel CEOs, boards, NGOs, and public leaders through complex transformation and reputation challenges. We help companies and non-profits thrive amidst geopolitical and societal volatility. We’re 15+ senior client counselors who have built tomorrow’s communications advisory, today, in a flat advisory model that lets us focus entirely on our clients. As part of building the agency of the future, we are combining AI into our overall workflows and into how we generate insights, which our client counselors then apply with their expertise. The Opportunity
This is not a typical entry-level role, and we are not a typical agency. You will work on real client engagements from the start, supporting the counselors who advise CEOs, boards, and NGOs on corporate communications, public affairs, and crisis and issues management.
You will also help build the firm itself. As we shape the agency of the future, you will use AI tools like Claude in your daily work, help turn what works into repeatable tools and workflows, and contribute to how KRG wins new business and shows up in the market.
