This individual will play an important role in the financial operations of a growing real estate portfolio, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for multiple properties. Responsibilities will include managing month-end close, preparing financial statements and account reconciliations, monitoring property income and expenses, and analyzing financial performance against budgets. You will also assist with property budgeting, capital expenditures, and ongoing financial reporting while working closely with the Controller to support the continued growth of the organization.
