Location: Manhattan, NY
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Contract: Until March 2027
We are looking for an experienced AVP – Store Design, Concepts to lead the creative vision and conceptual development of retail environments across three premium brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative design leader with strong expertise in retail architecture, spatial design, flagship stores, and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail concept development and design evolution across three brands.
- Develop and maintain retail design standards and brand guidelines.
- Drive conceptual design for flagship stores, pop-ups, and temporary retail formats.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Lead and mentor creative design professionals.
- Present innovative design concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (Mandatory).
- 10–15 years of experience in Architecture, Retail Design, or Store Concept Development.
- Strong experience with premium or multi-brand retail environments.
- Proven portfolio showcasing flagship stores and retail concept development.
- Experience developing retail design standards and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Registered Architect.
- Experience in high-quality 3D visualization and experiential retail design.
