Recruitment Specialist – Pharmaceutical Company : Jersey City,NJ

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Work Arrangement: Onsite – 4 days per week

Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition activities for a leading pharmaceutical client in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ, four days per week.
