Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing technology products, including ownership of a measurable growth problem.
- A demonstrated record of sustained, quantified business growth through product-led initiatives
- Hands-on experience working directly with Engineering and Design to discover, develop, launch, and iterate on consumer-facing products.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experiments, interpreting results with statistical rigor, and using funnel and cohort analysis to guide product decisions.
- Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate feasibility, instrumentation, integration dependencies, and product tradeoffs with engineering partners.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects initiatives from an early hypothesis through go-to-market execution and organize cross-functional partners to deliver results
- Experience in high-frequency consumer commerce, retail, restaurants, or another business with physical operations preferred
- Passion for customer centricity
- Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence.
