About JiLaSoan Technologies
JiLaSoan Technologies is a Raleigh-based technology partner that brings big-business technology to small businesses and nonprofits. We help clients align technology with their goals through technology strategy and planning, managed IT services and support, cloud implementations, and Salesforce consulting and development.
Our Salesforce practice helps nonprofits and businesses implement and get the most out of Salesforce to streamline their internal processes, and we stay on after launch with ongoing training so clients keep using it effectively for years to come. Unlike many IT providers, we don’t outsource our work. We build lasting relationships with our clients’ staff, guided by our mission: to empower organizations to utilize technology effectively to enhance and support their organization’s mission.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-learning Salesforce Administrator Intern to join our team for the Spring 2027 semester. You’ll work alongside experienced Salesforce consultants on client projects, learning how nonprofits and businesses use CRM to manage donors, constituents, customers, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be supporting live work, not just shadowing.
What You’ll Do
- Support Salesforce administration tasks for client orgs, such as user setup, permissions, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
- Help with data imports, cleanup, and deduplication to keep client data accurate and usable
- Assist in building and testing Flows and other automations under the guidance of senior consultants
- Document client org configurations, processes, and solutions
- Join client meetings and internal team stand-ups to see how CRM projects run end to end
- Explore how AI tools speed up CRM work
