Job Title: Senior QA Test Engineer – Life Insurance / Benefits Job Description: We are looking for an experienced QA Test Engineer with strong insurance domain knowledge to support testing activities for life insurance, annuity, benefits, and policy administration applications. Must-Have Skills:8+ years of experience in QA Testing, including manual and functional testing. Experience in the Life Insurance, Annuity, Benefits, or Insurance domain. Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.Experience testing policy administration, insurance workflows, and business rules.Experience with claims processing, benefits calculations, or annuity calculations is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Jira and test management tools. Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. Experience with integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support .Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate insurance business rules, benefits calculations, and policy transactions. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders. Support UAT, defect triage, and release validation. Ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience with life insurance policy administration systems. Knowledge of annuity products, benefits, claims, and premium calculations. Automation testing experience using Selenium or similar tools. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
