Audit Manager | Tyler, TX | $120,000 to $150,000 + bonus
Picture a July afternoon that's yours again. Once busy season ends, Audit Managers at this Tyler firm get flexible hours, a bonus on top of $120,000 to $150,000, and Partners who work right alongside them.
It's an independent mid market CPA firm of around 150 people across three Texas offices. Big enough for a solid client base, real resources and room to grow. Small enough that Managers have a real say in how engagements and client relationships get handled.
Your value here is in leading teams and keeping things on track, not doing everyone's job for them.
