Job description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Copilot FDE (Full Development Engineer) to design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered Copilot solutions that enable business transformation across enterprise functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of working directly with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into AI solutions, and delivering production-grade Copilot agents and intelligent automation solutions.

Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Maritime domains is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with business users, product owners, and functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business challenges into Copilot and AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
• Build conversational AI solutions, intelligent workflows, and business process automation.
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, and Logistics platforms.
• Develop secure APIs, plugins, connectors, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Work with business stakeholders to improve user adoption and maximize value realization.
• Establish monitoring, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement for deployed AI solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI best practices and standards.
