What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop Field Service Engineers.
• Coordinate installations, maintenance, and regional service operations.
• Troubleshoot sophisticated electron microscopy systems.
• Resolve critical customer escalations.
• Optimize service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with engineering, technical support, and sales.
  
  

About You

• Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, physics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong SEM troubleshooting expertise; FIB-SEM preferred.
• Experience leading technical service teams.
• Skilled in service management and customer escalations.
• Excellent communication skills; extensive travel availability.
