Allegiance Group has partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor based on Long Island, specialising in high-rise residential developments and large-scale commercial construction projects.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of mechanical construction projects.
• Supporting project planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Assisting with procurement and material coordination.
• Monitoring project progress, costs and key milestones.
• Liaising with clients, engineers and other project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience within mechanical construction or MEP contracting.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator.
• Understanding of mechanical building systems and construction processes.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to develop within project management.
