Healthcare Support is seeking Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Technician Trainees to join a growing pharmacy team in Phoenix, AZ! Multiple opportunities are available in both Customer Service and Pharmacy Order Entry, making this a great fit for individuals looking to build their pharmacy career or transition away from traditional retail pharmacy.

These opportunities offer comprehensive training, career growth, and the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6 months based on performance.

Pay Details: $22–$23/hour + potential shift differentials

Schedule: Full-Time | Various shifts available, including 5x8s, 4x10s and 3x12s

Daily Responsibilities For The Pharmacy Technician

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Handle inbound calls and assist with pharmacy-related questions and concerns.
• Review prescriptions and accurately enter medication orders into pharmacy systems.
• Process prescription orders for multiple pharmacy locations.
• Investigate medication orders and resolve customer or prescription-related issues.
• Coordinate with pharmacy teams and document customer interactions.
  
  

Required Qualifications For The Pharmacy Technician

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration or Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Customer service or pharmacy order entry experience preferred, depending on the position.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete onsite training and work assigned shifts
