Director of Mission Integration

For more than 170 years, the Academy of Mount St. Ursula has been rooted in Catholic education and the Ursuline tradition of St. Angela Merici. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Director of Mission Integration to help ensure that our mission remains at the heart of all that we do.

Reporting directly to the President, the Director will work closely with school leadership, faculty, staff, Trustees, students and the wider Ursuline community to:

• Lead formation in Catholic identity and Ursuline spirituality.

• Integrate our mission into school life, programs and strategic decisions.

• Support retreats, prayer, liturgies and opportunities for spiritual growth.

• Strengthen connections with the Ursuline Sisters and the wider Ursuline community.

• Preserve our traditions while making the spirit of St. Angela relevant to the young women we serve today.

We are seeking a practicing Catholic with experience in Catholic education, ministry, formation or school leadership. A master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Please be prepared to provide 3 references - two professional, and one from a parish.

Anticipated Start Date: December 1, 2026

Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience
