Our client is a well-established general contractor that are one of the fastest growing companies and consistently voted one of the best companies to work for in the Mid-Atlantic with a strong reputation across DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile work and a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers. They would look to introduce a PM into this role if they have previous large-scale project experience and have the ambition to be a future Director.

What you’ll do

• Take overall responsibility for budget, schedule, risk and profitability on large, complex projects.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs and PEs.
• Be the main contact for owners and design teams.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and performance.
• Work alongside the field leadership to deliver on safety, quality and schedule.

What you bring

• 7-10 years with a commercial GC, including senior PM or team leadership experience.
• Has delivered large projects from start to finish in one or more of the sectors above.
• Strong relationships with owners and a record of developing people.
• Based in the DMV.
