APNH is Hiring! Lead Behavioral Health Clinician | New Haven, CT
APNH: A Place to Nourish Your Health is seeking an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health professional to join our team in a full-time clinical leadership role.
This position combines direct mental health and substance use treatment with clinical team coordination, supporting our mission to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming care to individuals living with HIV.
Position Details:
- Salary: $90,000–$97,500 annually, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: generous benefits, PTO, 403B match
- Start Date: January 4, 2027
- Location: New Haven, Connecticut
- Schedule: Full-time (32 hours per week)
- Required License: Current, unrestricted Connecticut independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-degree clinical experience
