Job Title: Second-Seat Advisor Support / Client Service Associate

Reports To: Senior Wealth Advisor (Top Producer)

Location: Red Bank, NJ, on-site 

Compensation: Base salary plus incentive compensation 

Position Summary

Join a high-performing insurance wealth advisory team as the second seat to a nationally ranked, top-producing senior advisor. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, take part in all client meetings, and manage all follow-up and next steps. This is a mentorship-driven role for someone who wants to grow quickly under an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support all client meetings alongside the senior advisor

• Act as the main point of contact for client questions and service needs

• Coordinate and execute all post-meeting follow-up and action items

• Handle client calls professionally and promptly

• Support the case process from start to finish, including applications, paperwork, and tracking

• Manage CRM 

• Handle client onboarding

• Assist team in client development, acquisition & retention

Requirements

• Active FINRA securities 7, 63, SIE license(s) and state insurance licenses (life)

• Basic working knowledge of insurance, life, and investment products

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong phone and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation office

• Must be on site
