Fund Controller

Fund Controller opportunity with a prestigious $12.5B+ AUM Global Macro Fund.

COMPENSATION:

Base - $250,000 to $350,000 (Stretch Me On Comp)

Total Compensation - $450,000 to $475,000

Commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee month-end and year-end NAV closes across fund entities, including P&L, accruals, expense allocations, fee calculations, and administrator review

• Manage daily reconciliations of positions, P&L, cash, and margin activity, investigating and resolving discrepancies with fund administrators

• Calculate and review investor-level allocations, including capital accounts, management and incentive fees, and applicable special allocations

• Prepare annual GAAP financial statements and coordinate audit support, including footnotes, fair value hierarchy disclosures, and financial highlights
