A national insurance defense firm is growing its Orange County office and needs a California-barred associate for its general liability team. It's hybrid, three days in the office and two from home.

- General liability defense
- Product liability and toxic tort/asbestos
- Construction defect

- $120,000 to $180,000 base depending on experience
- 1,900 annual billable target, with associates earning up to $60 an hour for hours billed over their quarterly target
- A simple two-stage interview process, virtual or in person
