About this opportunity
We are working on behalf of an established small animal hospital in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its team.
The practice has recently been refreshed and sits within a growing group that was founded on the idea that veterinarians should be supported as leaders, not managed as numbers. The day to day is built around letting doctors practice good medicine, with high technician to doctor ratios, a collaborative approach to cases, and modern, fully equipped facilities that keep the schedule running smoothly. Clinical and operational leadership sit behind the hospital rather than over it, so you keep real autonomy over your cases while having experienced people to call on.
There is no non-compete for associate DVMs, and compensation is a competitive base plus production with no negative accrual. Scheduling is flexible and built around work life balance, and the group is open to discussing growth into leadership and a longer term path to partnership for doctors who want it. Benefits begin at 30 hours per week, so this works for a full time doctor or someone looking for a reduced week.
This is a good fit if you want an established client base and a settled team, in a community focused hospital with strong local roots, rather than starting something from scratch.
