Our Chandler clinic offers a wide range of therapy services, including physical, speech, occupational, and ABA therapy. Additionally, we provide home-based services such as occupational and speech therapy, respite, habilitation, and attendant care. Each therapy is tailored to support children under 12 in reaching their full potential and all ages for HCBS care.

💪 Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do

• Support individuals with autism in our Chandler based clinic, conveniently located near downtown Chandler
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work closely with our little learners to teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with your fellow RBTs, BCBAs and our other therapy divisions. You will work closely with families, and additional team members to support our kids needs

📚 Skills You Will Use

• Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection
• Providing customer service to the families at all times
• Collecting unbiased and accurate data during therapy sessions
• Working in a team to share responsibilities and duties

✅Education/Experience and Other Requirements

• Active RBT Certification or 1 years of experience working with children (Behavior Therapists, Special Education Teachers, Professional Childcare, Paraprofessional, Youth Sports Coaching, Camp Counselling, etc)
• Availability to work during our clinic hours: Mon-Fri (8am – 5pm), Periodic Saturdays as needed (9am – 1pm).
• Warm, engaging personality & commitment to client-centered care
• Maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Card / Background Check
• High-school diploma or equivalent
