Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Windchill System Administrator with hands-on experience in PTC Windchill administration and a strong interest in growing their expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career professional to work with enterprise PLM technologies, collaborate with experienced administrators, and build a long-term career within the PTC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the enterprise PTC Windchill PLM environment.
• Support Windchill installation, upgrades, patches, system rehosts, and environment refreshes.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Manage users, organizations, workflows, lifecycles, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot application, LDAP, login, and system-related issues.
• Support CAD Workers, system customizations, and deployment activities.
• Perform basic scripting using PowerShell, Shell, or Perl.
• Collaborate with senior administrators, developers, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 2–4 years of Windchill experience, OR 4–6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience administering PTC Windchill.
• Knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, or PartsLink.
• Basic Windows Server administration and scripting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Creo Parametric, Creo View, or other CAD applications.
• Knowledge of PLM/PDM, CAD Data Management, BOM, and Engineering Change Management.
• Exposure to Windchill customization, Java, REST APIs, or ERP/MES integrations.
