- Role - Estimator
- Location - Myrtle Beach, SC (All local work)
- Salary - Up too $130,000 base + Truck allowance + benefits & bonus
What you’d own:
Prepare estimates and project budgets, review drawings, carry out takeoffs and coordinate subcontractor pricing. You’d work closely with the project team on scope, costs and value engineering to set projects up for a successful handover.

- Estimating experience preferably with a general contractor
- Confidence reviewing plans, identifying scope gaps and building accurate budgets
- Strong subcontractor relationships and a thorough, organised approach
