· Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics with suppliers and the project team.
· Identify field issues, scope changes, and risks early, and work with the Project Manager on RFIs and change orders.
· Keep accurate daily reports, photo documentation, and punch lists, and lead projects through final walkthrough and closeout.
What You’ll Bring· Five or more years of commercial construction field supervision experience preferred, with general contractor experience strongly preferred.
· Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Working knowledge of selective demolition, concrete, framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling tile (ACT), and MEP coordination.
· OSHA 30 certification, or the ability to obtain it, and experience using Buildertrend, Monday.com, OneDrive, or comparable construction and collaboration tools.
· Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through with crews, subcontractors, and clients.
· The ability to manage multiple priorities on an active jobsite and make sound decisions independently.
· A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus; equivalent field experience is welcome. A valid driver’s license is required.
