A pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking to bring on a Maintenance Technician in Allentown, PA. This is a night shift position with the hours of 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
This is a hands-on role involving maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment throughout the manufacturing facility, including production machinery, process equipment, utilities, and packaging systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems.
- Perform basic electrical, motor, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Support equipment calibrations, preventative maintenance, and packaging line changeovers.
- Work with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Follow GMP and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Industrial maintenance experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
- Experience working with pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems.
- Basic electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
- Experience with pipefitting, rigging, and industrial maintenance tools is a plus.
