Hiring: Solution Architect – AI/ML

Location: Durham, NC (Hybrid – 10 Moore Drive)

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (AI/ML) to lead the design and development of AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions for an enterprise RCM transformation program.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise architecture, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and system integration, with the ability to turn business requirements into practical AI solutions and deliver POCs and MVPs within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI/ML and Agentic AI architecture and solution frameworks.
• Lead the development of AI-driven POCs and MVPs, from design to implementation.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, model orchestration, APIs, and data integration.
• Define solution architecture, technical components, interfaces, and integration patterns.
• Establish security, data access, deployment, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with offshore AI/ML engineering teams and provide technical direction.
• Present working solutions and technical demonstrations to business stakeholders.
• Work closely with enterprise architecture, data, security, and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect / AI Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on architecture experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, model orchestration, APIs, and data integration.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI solutions.
• Understanding of cloud AI platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and AI deployment practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Durham, NC.
