Job Description
We are looking for an Engineer to support instrument refresh activities, technical installations, verification, and maintenance of Molecular instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform instrument decontamination and hardware installations.
- Install and configure instrument software.
- Execute assay runs and final instrument verifications.
- Support internal instrument systems used for the design and development of Molecular products.
- Participate in projects involving instrument servicing, technical support, and product maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective problem resolution.
- Maintain quality system effectiveness and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical training for assigned products when required.
- Review and provide input on field service tools used for Molecular instrumentation.
Work Requirements
- This is a fully onsite position in Itasca, Illinois.
- All responsibilities require onsite attendance.
