We are working with a well-established, growing law firm in Chicago's northern suburbs seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in estate planning, gain meaningful client exposure, and work closely with experienced attorneys on a broad range of trusts and estates matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate proceedings.
• Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and succession strategies.
• Assist with estate and gift tax returns.
• Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, and financial advisors.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate planning matters.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, or probate.
• JD from an accredited law school and active Illinois Bar admission.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with estate planning documents and trust administration.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term trusts and estates practice.
