We’re Hiring: SFT SRE / Production Support Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ – 100% Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
We are looking for a hands-on SRE / Production Support Engineer with experience supporting enterprise Secure File Transfer (SFT) services. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across middleware, infrastructure, security, networking, and monitoring environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Seeburger BIS, including message tracking, error handling, monitoring, and service restarts.
- Troubleshoot secure file transfer protocols, including SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS.
- Handle production incidents, problem management, change management, RCA, and SLA/SLO monitoring.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational reports.
- Support PGP encryption/decryption, SSL certificates, SSH keys, and key rotations.
- Troubleshoot services running on Kubernetes/OpenShift and RHEL/Linux environments.
- Investigate connectivity, load balancing, and traffic-routing issues involving F5 GTM/LTM.
Required Technical Skills
- Seeburger BIS Administration

- Production Support / SRE / Middleware Support
- Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or KQL
- Kubernetes/OpenShift and RHEL/Linux
- PGP, SSL/TLS certificates, SSH, and key management
- Incident Management, RCA, and SLA/SLO
- GTM/LTM and traffic-routing concepts
Good to Have
- IBM Connect experience
- Enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) support
- Experience supporting business-critical production environments
