Now hiring a Catering & Events Manager to lead our established catering and events department at this popular Cuban restaurant.

Havana Central Times Sq., a large, very-high volume restaurant in the center of the Times Sq/Theater district area, is looking for an experienced, results-oriented, dynamic individual to join a team of enthusiastic professionals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a sales superstar with experience managing a heavy volume of both social and corporate clients, with a minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience. Looking for ambition, sales prowess and ideally a rolodex of NYC based clients across various corporate sectors that would love delicious Cuban food in an immersive Cuban environment! The Catering Sales Manager's main responsibility will be to generate event and catering revenue through sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the owner, Executive Kitchen Manager, General Manager and Marketing team to accomplish this.
