Base Salary: $75,000K +
Additional $5,000K per month commission guarantee for the first 6 months! = $105K
Year 1 Earning Potential (OTE): $150,000K (First-year average targeted total compensation)
Uncapped commissions from day one
Top Performer Earnings: Experienced reps in this territory exceed $200,000+
Base City Preferably Seattle, Tacoma will consider anywhere
in WA
Territory covered: WA, Montana, Panhandle and N Idaho
Good producing territory
Education: Bachelor’s Degree 4 yrs

MUST HAVE
Experience: 3 to 5 years of successful surgical procedural medical device sales experience. Orthopedic surgical experience a huge plus!
Proven track record of success as a driven hunter who consistently meets or exceeds commercial sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; highly comfortable engaging one-on-one with surgeons and C-suite healthcare executives.
Prior sales experience within an Orthopedic surgical background is a huge plus preferred
Territory Already has pre-existing relationships with hospital surgeons and surgical departments within the assigned Pacific Northwest territory, looking for a candidate that can drive new business as well while maintaining pre -existing relationships
Candidate will Interface directly with hospital surgeons, surgical staff, and clinical coordinators inside the operating room (OR) environment to demonstrate product value and procedural benefits.
Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to penetrate hospital accounts across Washington, the Montana Panhandle, and portions of Northern Idaho.
