ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Washington Elevator

This isn’t just about selling elevator services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers make good decisions about their elevators - from ongoing maintenance and repairs to capital planning and modernization.
You’ll work alongside an experienced field and leadership team, with the opportunity to develop new business, grow customer relationships, deepen your industry knowledge, and grow your career as we continue expanding across Washington State.
What we’re looking for: Someone driven, personable, curious, comfortable prospecting, and committed to follow-through and taking great care of customers. Personality, attitude, and aptitude matter more to us than the perfect résumé. Elevator, property management, or related industry experience is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities on maintenance, repair, and modernization sales.
Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, vehicle allowance/gas card or company vehicle.
