Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 annually, which includes performance incentives

About Us

Shahid Dental Group is a privately owned dental organization with four practices across East Texas. We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to lead our offices, develop our managers, improve profitability, and build scalable systems for future growth.

This is not a traditional regional manager role. We need a hands-on operator who takes ownership, executes, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily nonclinical operations across four dental practices.

* Drive profitability, productivity, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance.

* Lead, coach, and hold office managers accountable.

* Analyze practice-level P&Ls and implement improvement plans.

* Standardize SOPs, training, onboarding, and operational workflows.

* Improve hygiene reappointment, recare, treatment acceptance, and patient experience.

* Establish KPIs, performance scorecards, and weekly accountability meetings.

* Lead HR on recruiting, retention, and leadership development.

* Coordinate with marketing, finance, and revenue cycle teams.

* Execute strategic initiatives directly with the CEO.

* Build systems that allow offices to operate independently of ownership.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of leadership operations experience in dental multi-location operations.

* Proven success managing teams, developing managers, and improving profitability.

* Strong understanding of P&Ls, operational KPIs, and labor productivity.

* Experience implementing systems and driving accountability.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to travel between East Texas locations.

Preferred: Multi-location dental experience, familiarity with EOS/Traction, and experience supporting practice growth or turnarounds.
