Associate Veterinarian

Associate Veterinarian role at a 5-doctor hospital in Boise, ID, with no weekends and a sign-on bonus!

We are working on behalf of a friendly, community-focused small animal hospital in Boise, ID that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing 5-doctor team.

This is a practice built around compassionate people and good medicine, where doctors have the time and support to build real, lasting relationships with clients and their pets. The hospital runs Monday to Friday, so your weekends stay yours. You will work alongside a collaborative group of experienced DVMs, a credentialed technician lead, and a close-knit support team, with a varied caseload spanning wellness, surgery, and dentistry.

New graduates are very welcome here. A structured mentorship program is in place to help early-career vets build confidence and clinical skills with guidance from experienced doctors. If you are further along in your career, you will find a supportive environment where you can keep growing and lean into your own clinical interests.

The package is strong too, with a competitive base salary, quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual, a generous sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and flexible scheduling designed around your life outside the clinic. And then there is Boise. Hike the foothills, ski in the winter, float the river in the summer, then finish the day at one of the city’s restaurants or breweries. It is a great place to build a rewarding career and a life you genuinely enjoy.
