Idaho Concierge Medicine is looking for a Registered Nurse who loves nursing, values relationships, and wants to provide care in a more personal and meaningful way.

Our nurses provide one-on-one care directly in our members' homes, allowing you to step away from the traditional high-volume clinical environment and focus on the person in front of you.

Your work may include IV therapy, phlebotomy, injections, wellness visits, lab draws, and other personalized services. Every day is a little different.

ICM is a small, close-knit concierge practice, and this role offers the opportunity to grow with us and help shape the patient experience as our practice expands.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized nursing care in members' homes throughout the Boise area.
• Perform IV placement and IV therapy.
• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and specimen collection.
• Administer injections and other treatments as directed by the provider.
• Conduct wellness visits and provide patient education.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments.
• Communicate closely with the provider regarding patient needs and clinical findings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Help ensure each patient interaction feels professional, comfortable, and exceptional.
• Maintain and organize supplies and equipment needed for mobile patient care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an RN who is confident, compassionate, professional, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Hold a current, unrestricted Idaho RN license.
• Have strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills.
• Have IV insertion and IV therapy experience preferred.
• Enjoy working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Are comfortable providing care in patients' homes.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Take pride in providing exceptional patient service—not just completing clinical tasks.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Concierge, home health, infusion, wellness, outpatient, or similar experience is a plus, but we are most interested in finding the right person and the right fit for our team.

Schedule & Compensation

• $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time: 32–40 hours per week
• Immediate start
• Flexible scheduling
• Some evenings and weekends will be required
• Local travel throughout the Boise area
