We're looking for an AI Process Engineer who understands manufacturing and knows how to leverage technology and data to drive real results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leverage AI, machine analytics, and automation to improve manufacturing performance.
- Improve equipment uptime, throughput, quality, and OEE.
- Develop dashboards, predictive maintenance tools, and automated solutions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
- Help shape the future of smart manufacturing across multiple facilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Engineering or related technical degree.
- 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering or industrial analytics experience preferred.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, IoT, or similar technologies is a plus.
- A hands-on problem solver who can turn data into measurable improvements.
