What You'll Be Doing
- Developing new business through prospecting and cold calling
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing and headhunting talent across the technology market
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building your own network and specialist market
- Working towards sales, activity and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
- 1+ years of recruitment experience (Tech would be great)
- A competitive, target-driven mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, ambition and a strong work ethic
