What You'll Be Doing
- Driving new business through prospecting, cold calling and client development
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent across the technology market
- Negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals
- Developing your own specialist market and growing your client portfolio
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Working towards clear sales, activity and revenue targets to drive your progression
Who We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the technology sector
- A strong track record of achieving KPIs and revenue targets
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills
- A commercially minded individual who knows how to develop client accounts
- Someone ambitious, competitive and motivated by financial success
- A recruiter who wants their progression to reflect their results, not simply how long they've been in a role
