KatieJ NYC is a fast-growing fashion brand creating elevated, age-appropriate apparel for tween and junior girls. From everyday favorites and matching sets to dresses, denim, loungewear, and occasion pieces, our collections are designed to help girls feel confident, comfortable, and stylish as they grow into their personal style.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Customer Experience Associate to join our Roslyn team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who loves fashion and is interested in learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing apparel brand.

What You’ll Do

• Pack and ship customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to presentation
• Inspect & process online returns for quality and accuracy
• Restock merchandise throughout our warehouse
• Organize & maintain the organization of inventory
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and general warehouse projects
• Respond to customer-service inquiries with a friendly, helpful, solutions-focused approach
• Flag order, inventory, or product issues to the appropriate team members

Who You Are

• Interested in fashion, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, or operations
• Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Previous warehouse, retail, customer service, or e-commerce experience is helpful but not required
• Available to work in person at our Roslyn office five days per week
