• Overview
• Our client is seeking a Project Manager Jr (PMA) to support the DER Closeout Team as part of a contract transition and maintain the continuity of critical project closeout operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and reporting requirements necessary to formally close out projects once they have been placed into service. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will handle closeout documentation, coordinate with accounting, address project closeout issues, and ensure accurate tracking and compliance with company standards. • Responsibilities
• Process closeout CREQS, CPAs, and CCRs for in-service, withdrawn, and past-due projects.
• Submit FIN005 documentation to Plant Accounting.
• Request final accounting and coordinate customer refunds and invoicing.
• Support the investigation and resolution of project closeout issues.
• Prepare In-Service-to-Close status reporting.
• Maintain the project closeout tracker to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth end-to-end closeout processes.

• Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, project coordination, or closeout administration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in administrative workflow tracking, project financial coordination, and closeout reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and process compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities

• Preferred Skills & Experience
• Prior experience with AS8 software.
